The Route

Due to different economic and life patterns, segregation can be seen easily on the platform of Chinatown metro station in Chicago. Starting from the Chinatown station, the video The Route tries to observer these paths from both directions, before the residents beginning their daily economic movements. The left screen documents the passengers three stations away towards south, while the right screen shows three stations towards north, then back to the Chinatown. The following graph indicates the geographical movements of the camera:
